Crawler Premium · Tier Target List

Who to put on which membership

Every existing client with real Crawler-app activity, ranked by a fit score and banded into the three memberships. The logic: the venues that already generate the most demand get the biggest pass budget — they're the ones who can actually draw it down, and they're the inventory brands will pay for first. Pass budgets roll over and are spent in bulk, so the monthly figure is a committed budget, not a quota we have to hit.

Passes roll over — so the monthly number is a budget, not a quota. The pass budget accrues and is spent in bulk: a venue that undershoots a month keeps the value, it banks. We are not promising 48 redemptions every month at a Premium+ venue — we're committing $400/mo of funded drinks that can pile up and go behind one big night. Terms: balance caps at 2 months ($300 / $500 / $800) and each month's passes expire after 90 days — so the venue gets real rollover, and our exposure stays bounded.
But watch the "weak convert" badges — rollover changes this risk, it doesn't remove it. A few venues rank high on claims and favorites and barely convert them into redemptions (platform average is 16%; these sit far below). With rollover, their unused budget no longer evaporates immediately — it banks against a venue that can't draw it down, then expires at 90 days. So they quietly forfeit most of what we committed and see few guests for their money, which is a churn risk dressed up as a good deal. Banking value is not the same as realizing it. Fix the offer at these venues before selling them up a tier — a weak deal gets claimed and ignored — or place them one tier lower than the score suggests.

Highest demand on the platform. These can absorb 48 funded guests a month and are the most attractive inventory for brand dollars — so they're first in line when brand money replaces our pass spend.

Light redemption history. Start them at Standard ($99 → $150 of passes) if they'll take it, and promote once volume builds. Number in brackets = all-time redemptions.
Fit score = 0.50 × redemptions + 0.30 × claims + 0.20 × favorites, each min-max normalized across the 45 clients with any redemption history. Redemptions carry the most weight because a funded pass only costs us — and only works — when it's actually redeemed, so redemption volume is the best proxy for a venue's ability to absorb a pass budget.
