Crawler
Crawler Premium · for brands

Your product is already
moving in our bars.
Now you can watch it happen.

Crawler puts a live offer in a guest's hand, gets them through a specific door, and records what happened at the register. That record is what we sell you.

The problem

The spend is real. The proof never arrives.

You are spending it

Tastings, sponsored nights, branded gear, promo staff. Spirits brands put roughly 16% of net sales into marketing, and a large share of that lands on premise.

Nobody can price it

Did that $30k activation move pours? The bar cannot tell you. Your distributor cannot tell you. Depletion data arrives late, aggregated, and says nothing about the night itself.

So next year repeats

The budget renews on instinct. You repeat what felt good rather than what worked, and the one number that would settle it has never existed.

The missing piece is small and specific: the line between a dollar you spent and a drink that got poured.

What Crawler is

We sit on both sides of the door.

20,801

Passes claimed to date, 845 of them redeemed

Guests browse the whole city in the app. They can only claim a pass at a partner bar, which is the difference that matters to you: demand comes from the app so we know who the guest is, and redemption happens in the room so we know they arrived and what they ordered. Most measurement companies have one of those two. Holding both at once is the product.

Pulled live from the admin API and the partner tracker on 2026-08-04. Partner count is 51 records, of which 49 are currently live, one paused and one stopped. Numbers move weekly. Ask for a fresh pull before you quote any of them.
How it works

A pass is not a coupon. It is a decision made on the walk over.

They walk in and staff redeem it
The pass dies in 24 hours. In practice it goes in 9 minutes. Staff tap it through, no hardware.
42% redeem inside five minutes, 67% inside thirty, 85% inside two hours. That distribution is the argument: an impulse that ends at a register, not a code that sits in an inbox. Measured across 5,199 claims and 845 redemptions, 2026-08-04.

  • Guests do not arrive alone. The pass is the reason for the night, not the whole tab.
  • The 15% return rate is the bottom of our observed range. Our best venue runs 25%. We quote the floor on purpose.
  • A repeat redeemer is worth the visit and nothing more. You cannot convert the same person twice, and we refuse to count them twice. That share just moved from 30% to 35% on the latest pull, and we took the hit rather than hold the old number.
This is gross guest spend, not venue margin and not your margin. It sizes the behaviour a pass creates. What it is worth to you depends on how much of that tab is your product, which is exactly the thing we measure.

Where you fit

You are buying the measurement, not the shelf.

The offers in the app are chosen and funded by the venues. That pool runs exactly the same if no brand ever pays us a cent. This matters commercially and it matters legally, so we are blunt about it.

What your fee buys

Attribution on your product as it moves through the network. Who came, what they poured, whether they returned.

Your own activations, the tasting or the sponsored night or the gear, routed into rooms where our guests already go, then measured against a baseline.

More markets. Deeper data. Longer history.

What it cannot buy

A place in the venue offer pool. Those are venue funded and venue nominated, and we choose the rooms independently of who pays us.

Your brand into more venues. Paying more never changes what happens inside a bar.

A percentage arrangement of any kind. Our fee is flat and has nothing to do with what moves.

This is the line beverage alcohol regulators watch. Keeping our fee flat and our venue selection independent is what keeps the structure clean for both of us.

Crawler, billed per market on audience and data scope

Everyone above bills you a slice of your own spend, and not one of them can show you the pour. We charge a flat fee, priced on the market and the depth of data you want. What you pay has no relationship to what moves, which keeps our incentive pointed at the measurement rather than at your budget.

Founding partner terms

The first ones in get the case study.

Preferential rate for the first brands to run a measured activation with us, one time per brand. Two conditions, and they are the same two either way: run it through Crawler venues, and let us measure it.

We would rather prove the loop on your first activation than bill you for it. You see the readout, then we earn on the ones after.
